St Kilda Life Saving Club are proud to introduce our new health and fitness offer – Up! Athletic.
Up! Athletic are our health and wellness provider, offering group fitness, personal training, osteopathy and well-being education at St Kilda Life Saving Club.
Led by Melissa Armstrong, long time member of St Kilda LSC, former beach sprinter and all round amazing trainer – The Up! Athletic team take sessions including Yoga, Spin, Pilates, Boxing, Meditation, Circuit, Strength, Athletic conditioning, Running club as well as Aerobics starting in June!
Kid’s are also a key part of the clientele at the club – there are sessions for both primary and high School aged participants in martial arts, yoga and strength and fitness.
Up! Athletic specialise in wellness events & seminars to educate our community on a huge range of topics such as Beginner Meditation, Kombucha making, Vegan practises, Ice Therapy amongst others.
